The manufacturer is responsible for maintenance of the clothes, for the correct reference in the instructions for maintenance, so ROSSA Dry Cleaning advises all customers to take a moment during the purchase of clothing and home textiles to get acquainted with the CE / etiquette, offering by manufacturer. Thus they can decide whether they will have the opportunity to secure their future maintenance or will use it once until it becomes for cleaning.
Responsibilities
Heavily soiled clothes are accepted for work in the studio without warranty.
Returns are accepted at the time of receiving the garment.
Studio is not liable in the following cases:
For orders unclaimed after 30 days of entering the studio
For forgotten belongings in pockets
Clothes without etiquette / markings - cut labels, accessories, knobs, zippers, pads and old fixed stains.
